Description
This ASTM-standard PE/PVDF prepainted aluminum coil is designed for wall cladding applications, offering a balance of durability and aesthetics. The coil features a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy base (e.g., 3003/5005 H14/H24) coated with either PE (polyethylene) or PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) systems, meeting ASTM D3359 adhesion and ASTM B117 salt spray resistance requirements.
With 0.5-1.0mm thickness options, it ensures formability for complex wall panel shapes while providing UV stability (ASTM G154) and weatherproofing. PE coatings suit moderate climates, while PVDF offers superior performance in harsh environments. Available in standard RAL colors, the coil delivers uniform finishes for interior/exterior cladding, facades, and decorative walls, adhering to ASTM and RoHS compliance.
